In this session, we will shine a light on the people and passion behind our grassroot communities at Beiersdorf – our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs). These communities are initiated and led by employees who care deeply about creating an inclusive workplace for all.

We will introduce three of our ERGs – each with a unique mission and powerful story:
- Ability is our community for employees with visible and invisible disabilities and their allies, working to increase awareness and inclusion.
- BeYou is our LGBTIQ+ network, creating a safe and empowering space for self-expression and education on sexual orientation and gender identity.
- 2B.Hue is a community celebrating Black excellence, building connection, cultural visibility, and allyship across all backgrounds.
