Caplena.com is a SaaS tool for analyzing open-ended feedback, app reviews and social media data. We employ the latest (transformer based) NLP models and combine those with a modern, easy to use web-interface. Our customers come from all over the world and include startups, market research agencies as well as large corporates (e.g. Swisscom, Bain, eBay).
