David Lasschuijt and Lisanne Ort are former trainees of PwC’s People and Organisation practice. David studied Organizational Psychologie in Utrecht and Lisanne Occupational Health Psychology in Leiden. They are both now senior consultants, and are actively involved in research on the preferences of Dutch starters in (future) employers and their offerings (both material as immaterial such as workvalue’s and needed competences). In the first part of this 50 minutes interactive presentation they will tell more about the Workforce Preference Survey 2022, a study that tries to answer the question “what is the young generation looking for in a job?”. You can think of preferences such as: company culture, salary and the opportunity to have flexible working hours. The goal is to help students and starters find a better fit on the labor market. During the presentation you will have the chance to speak up about what your ideal workplace looks like and discuss the current trends we find among students regarding their preferences.
