Data driven reporting Analyze a company to determine which data is required to get proper reporting Workshop description: Which KPI’s does a consultancy firm, like ours, need to monitor? Which data is required for this and how can we best collect and present this data? During this workshop you will work in groups with the guidance of our consultants on answering this question. At the end of the workshop, each group gets to present their KPI dashboard. We will also show dashboards we have made for our customers and leave time for a Q&A session with our consultants.
