Who we are looking for
- Fluent in English
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration (BWL) with a focus on Quality Management, or Process Engineering or similar
- Willingness to learn and take over responsibility
- First work experience through internships and/or working student positions ideally in automotive industry
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of quality management systems such as ISO 9001, Six Sigma, or Total Quality Management
- Ability to conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
- Understanding of process optimization and compliance requirements
