Elisa Garcia joined IFC in September 2024 as an Associate Investment Officer through the Young Professionals Program. She spent her first year with the MAS team based in DC and Mexico City. Elisa began her career in investment banking at Estrategias Corporativas in Bogotá. She later joined Patria, a Brazilian private equity firm, supporting the healthcare M&A strategy in Colombia. Elisa holds a BEng in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de los Andes and an MBA from London Business School.
