I lead the Emerging Talent team at On, overseeing our internship, apprenticeship, and trainee programs. After starting my career in strategy and internal consulting in the finance sector, I transitioned into people and leadership development, where I found my passion for enabling growth at scale. I’m grateful to now call Switzerland home, where I’ve been based for the past five years after living in London and New York.
