I started my career in consulting, where I worked with big companies in the UK to transform themselves. I then moved to a Santander, a large bank to do a similar role inhouse. However, I still had a taste for adventure and so I worked for a couple of software and data science start-ups, before moving to Novartis at the start of the pandemic.
