I joined the company a year ago as a graduate trainee because I wanted to be part of an environment that would encourage me to grow both professionally and personally. During my trainee period, I had the freedom to ask questions, observe various operations, and meet many people across different departments and countries. This hands-on exposure gave me a broad perspective on the company and sparked my curiosity about how each part contributes to the bigger picture.
