Inside Beiersdorf R&D: Where Innovation HappensIn this session, you will meet Lilli from the HR Talent Acquisition Team, who will share what it is like to work at Beiersdorf and explain the structure of the R&D track of the BEYOND BORDERS program, as well as the recruiting process for becoming a trainee. You will also hear from our R&D trainee Sonia, who will provide insights from her trainee journey at Beiersdorf.
You will then get a great overview of our R&D team structures and learn what it is like to work in our labs from our Senior Scientist Judith. She will also highlight an amazing Professional Development Program in Skin Biology and Anti-Aging Cosmetology, offered in collaboration with the Polytechnic University of Marche (UNIVPM) in Ancona, Italy.
