In this session, you will meet Kira and Lilli from the HR Talent Acquisition Team, who will share what it is like to work at Beiersdorf and explain the structure of the BEYOND BORDERS program, as well as the recruiting process for becoming a trainee. Additionally, we will introduce our new Trainee Track in Research & Development. You will also hear from our trainee Carlo, who will share insights from his trainee journey at Beiersdorf.
