ACTED's Approach to Transparent and Collaborative Humanitarian ProjectsACTED is an NGO present in 40 countries in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia and Latin America, working mainly in emergency response to humanitarian and environmental crises. Our presentation will focus on the issue of accountability in the humanitarian sector. Accountability towards beneficiaries but also towards other stakeholders involved in ACTED's humanitarian and development projects. This conference will thus invlve one part on Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL), as well as a focus on Transparency and Compliance.
