On Friday there will be an apéro starting 17:00 at our Office in Zurich, Maagplatz 1 Working with People Advisory Services means putting people at the center of everything we do. As our clients implement new technologies, new ways of working, improved customer experiences or transform their processes and design, we help them answer the following questions: How does transformation change skills and capabilities our employees need to have? How do we ensure that system and process changes are understood by our employees, and they are able to adopt the new ways of working? How do we create exceptional employee experience, across our organization? What steps can we take to acquire diverse talent, and ensure our culture is inclusive and people feel like they belong? What are the future leadership skills, and how do we facilitate development of those? During our session we will showcase the different services we provide, and share with you some project experiences we had, challenges we faced and success stories we wrote together with our clients.
